REVIEW:
Citrix's GoToMyPc is a well evolved product, though came second after LapLink PCAnywhere. It supports a wide range of platforms (Windows,Mac,Linux,Pocket PC and some mobile).
Over a modern connection the video is smooth, though 256 colours makes pictures look odd.
Setting up and installing GoToMyPc is as simple as it can get - just download the server on to the host computer (the one that you will be accessing) and create an account at GoToMyPc.com. Then you can easily log into your computer from anywhere in the world, just by opening up your browser and logging in.
GoToMyPc has all the featurs you would expect, such as remote shutdowns and application control. Data is end-end encrypted through 128-bit AES, which won't be broken anytime soon. You can also use a RSA SecurID for security based on "what you have" as well as "what you know".
The support is excellent, and the manual complete. The subscription includes free technical support.
