VoxWire is a simple online conferencing solution. They are a smaller company compared to GoToMeeting and WebEx, but have still managed to put in the resources to create a reliabile solution. You can host meetings through a browser, send SMS messages and converse as you would expect.

Purchasing VoxWire MeetingRoom enables you to host unlimited web-conferences containing synchronous text, audio and video chat, browser-sharing and presentations through a web browser.
User profiles allow moderators to control a meeting, poll participants and ban if required. Both public and private conversations are supported.
Files can be transferred prior to the presentation.
